Wein.

Wein. is a cuvée of red and white grape varieties, made from Dornfelder, Müller-Thurgau, Räuschling, and Regent. The Müller-Thurgau and Räuschling are pressed and immediately pumped into the Dornfelder mash, where they undergo co-fermentation. The Regent is fermented separately using carbonic maceration. Following this, the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks and bottled in litre-format in April. This creates an ideal summer wine – fruit-forward and completely free of tannins.
