This new red wine cuvée from Merlot and Zweigelt: Both varieties were vinified separately, matured for nine months in barriques and blended just before bottling. The all-rounder par excellence - whether with a meal, an aperitif or simply in front of the TV: the MZ is fun!
Content: 75cl- consists of 66% Merlot and 44% Zweigelt.
- Merlot fermented with 20% stems.
- Zweigelt; 1/3 whole-cluster fermented, 1/3 maceration carbonique, 1/3 traditionally fermented.
- Aged for 9 months in used barriques.
