Bächler, our fruit-driven red wine, carries the story and spirit of its name and local heritage. Bächler is the name of our local Foehn wind — a warm wind that sweeps through our vineyards from across the lake. The wine bearing its name is a cuvée of various grape varieties, each fermented using different techniques before maturing in barriques for nine months. The result is a complex red wine with dark fruit flavours and subtly integrated tannins – echoing the warmth and coziness of the wind while surprising with freshness and lightness.
