Stäfa Müller- Thurgau

The Stäfa Müller-Thurgau originates from various vineyard parcels situated at altitudes ranging from 420 to 560 metres above sea level. The different sites are harvested and vinified separately. The wine is composed of skin-fermented, carbonic maceration, juice fermented with stems, and pure juice-fermented components. After fermentation, it is aged on fine lees until malolactic fermentation is complete. The result is a crisp Müller-Thurgau that is bright, lively, and well balanced.
