An exciting cuvée of Gewürztraminer, Kerner and Federweisser (Blanc de Noir) that promises an intense explosion of flavors.
The grape varieties are vinified individually and blended three months before bottling so that each variety can bring out its best side.
This cuvée captivates the nose with incredible fruit. Aromas of rose, peach and a subtle hint of nutmeg are very present. At the start on the palate, a slight residual sweetness appears first, followed by a broad sweetness-acidity game. Characteristics that make this wine perfect for Asian cuisine.
