A hailstorm forces you to act. We have decided against complaining and in favor of being brave.

So we harvested the affected grapes early, fermented them spontaneously and vinified them as Pétillant Naturel. Finally, we disgorged by hand - because true craftsmanship takes time.

The early harvest ensures a clear acidity and cool precision. Malbec, Grenache and Syrah provide berry aromas, pressure and structure.

The result in the glass is a PetNat with attitude: sparkling, juicy, light-footed - and by no means banal.
