Lattenberger Räuschling

Our native grape variety from Lake Zurich, a must for all who want to experience the uniqueness of our region in the glass. The grapes come exclusively from the Lattenberg - from different sites and orientations. The result is a complex, multifaceted Räuschling, which not only goes well with typical fish from Lake Zurich, but also enriches any aperitif.
The nose is incredibly bright with aromas of citrus, orange and apple. On the palate, it unfolds a pleasant acidity, supported by fine flavors from the pear and a delicate creaminess.
