The Stäfa Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamaret, and Garanoir. It is the only wine from the estate that is directly pressed. The Rosé is then matured in stainless steel tanks, and following malolactic fermentation, aged on the full lees until late March, before being bottled in April. The result is a light rosé with refreshing berry aromas, making it an excellent choice both as a summer wine and a versatile culinary companion.
